Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final.

When we will refund

• If a product page mentions a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies for the period stated there.
• If you were charged twice for the same order.
• If you could not access your purchase and we could not fix it within 3 working days.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

Memberships can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
