Terms of Service

FunnelPe (operated by FunnelPe) provides tools for independent creators ("Sellers") to sell digital products to buyers. Each product is sold by its Seller; FunnelPe facilitates payment collection and delivery.

Sellers

• You must own the rights to everything you sell and must not sell illegal, infringing, adult, gambling, financial-guarantee or misleading products.
• Platform fees are deducted from each sale as shown on the pricing page. Earnings are withdrawable after the hold period and successful KYC.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, including GST on your sales where applicable.
• We may suspend accounts that receive excessive complaints, chargebacks or violate these terms.

Buyers

• Digital products are delivered instantly by email, WhatsApp and the buyer library.
• Product content, support and refunds are the responsibility of the Seller, subject to our refund policy.
